SSI Awarded GSA Delivery Order by Department of Veterans Affairs

Pittsburgh, PA, May 14, 2011– SSI announced it was recently awarded a delivery order by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to deliver technical expertise required to operate and maintain network storage systems for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 based in Pittsburgh, PA. This one year delivery order with one option year was awarded competitively under SSI’s General Services Administration (GSA) IT (Schedule 70) contract. SSI will provide support to the VA’s Office of Information & Technology, Field Operations and Development in its mission to provide benefits and services to veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

SSI is a service disabled veteran owned small business that provides professional services including strategic planning, program management, systems engineering, acquisition management, information systems integration, and technology management services.
